Ticket Policy

COVID TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

By purchasing a ticket or a subscription at the Segal Centre, you acknowledge that:

  • Everyone you are seated with resides at the same household address. Separate households require one seat of separation.
  • Vaccine Passport Requirement: As of September 1st, per government public health regulations, patrons 13 years old and up attending Segal Centre activities will be required prove adequate protection against the COVID-19 virus and provide photo ID to enter onto the premises. If your vaccine passport is declined (shows inadequate protection), or you do not have another approved proof of vaccination, the Segal Centre is required to refuse your entry. Should this be the case, you will be offered a refund. Refunds will be honoured until November 14, 2021 to allow for a grace period while we all learn how this new safety practice works.
  • Procedural masks must be worn by everyone at all times while circulating in the building. Upon arrival, a member of the Front of House staff will provide patrons with a new surgical-grade disposable mask. Patrons are permitted to remove their masks while in their assigned seats but should keep them on at all other times.
  • If you are a non-Quebec resident, you may present vaccination proof from your home province/state and photo ID proving non-Quebec residency as proof of adequate protection.
  • On the day of the event, none of your party (including yourself), will attend if they have been in close contact with someone who either has COVID-19 or is awaiting a COVID-19 test result; and none of you will attend if one of you is presenting any of the following symptoms:
    • Runny nose (not caused by allergies, or other identified cause)
    • Fever (above 38 degrees Celsius)
    • Lethargy, fatigue, body aches
    • Difficulty breathing or new/worsening cough
    • Sudden loss of smell or taste
  • In case the Segal Centre or Public Health is required to contact you, or anyone in the party you purchased for, post-event for tracing purposes, you are responsible for informing all of the people in your party, pass along any relevant information to them and, if requested, facilitate direct contact between them and the Segal Centre.

Unless clearly stipulated at purchase, ticket sales are final: no exchanges or refunds. Admission after the event begins is solely at the discretion of the theatre. If an event is cancelled with no replacement, this ticket may be refunded less service fees. The Centre may exclude or remove, without refund, any person whose behaviour it deems inappropriate. The use of recording or communication devices is strictly prohibited. Programming and artists are subject to change without notice. Subscription tickets offer free exchanges by phone with 24 hour notice. All artists, programs, times, dates, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please note that we reserve the right to change single ticket prices dependent on demand & discounts may be restricted for certain performances.

By purchasing tickets at the Segal Centre for Performing Arts, I acknowledge that there may be photographs and videos taken of me during my visit to the Segal Centre, and I consent to the use of these photographs or videos in future Segal Centre communications.
