Our hospitality team will be happy to work with you to create an event tailored to your group. Simply pick a production and let the Segal help you plan the perfect night out at the theatre! STUDENT GROUPS
The Segal offers special student group pricing for weekday matinée and evening performances. Educational resources are also available for teachers and students including study guides and talkbacks.

    WHAT IS THE CLASS ACT CARD?

    The Class Act Card is your gateway to just about everything the Segal has to offer. For just $80, you get your own card loaded with 4 credits that get you into the best plays and musicals Montreal has to offer.
                    1 credit = 1 ticket to a Segal Centre season show
                        (Psst…that’s only $20 per show. That’s up to 70% off regular price!)

    Your credits are yours to use whenever and however you want.*(Some conditions apply. See below.) Book your tickets months in advance, or the day of the show! Come alone or bring a friend who’s also Under 30!
    Want more than 4? You can add more credits to your card throughout the season, or reload another 4 next season.

    WHO CAN GET THE CLASS ACT CARD?

    Anyone under the age of 30 can become a cardholder! Whether you’re a student starting high school or a young professional with a full-time job, this card is your chance to see much more for much less.

    HOW LONG CAN I USE MY CLASS ACT CARD?

    Your Class Act Card only expires on your 30th birthday. Until then, you can keep renewing your membership every season by recharging your card with another 4 credits. Your credits are valid for one season, but your Cardholder status is good until you age-out.

    HOW CAN I BECOME A CLASS ACT CARDHOLDER?

    PAYMENT PLAN

    We know that $80 can be a lot of dough to roll out all at once, so we’re making it easier. Pay only half now, and the rest later! Ask Box Office for details.

    The Class Act Card cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. The fee associated with purchase and activation of this card and its associated program cannot be refunded or exchanged. Credits granted to cardholders can only be redeemed for tickets, and have no cash value.
    Credits must be redeemed for tickets within the theatrical season during or immediately before which they were granted or purchased. All credits become null on the final performance of each theatrical season. Supplementary credits purchased must be redeemed for tickets upon purchase.
    Upon cancellation of an event with no replacement date, tickets may be refunded to credits pursuant to conditions set forth by the promoter or the Segal Centre’s refund policy.
    All artists, programs, times, dates and pricing are subject to change without notice. Use of credits may be restricted for busy performances.
    Credits may only be used to invite individuals under the age of 30; identification for all parties will be required when claiming tickets at Box Office.
    The Segal Centre for Performing Arts reserves the right, at any time, to amend or terminate the benefits of the holder in accordance with these and conditions, which may also be amended from time to time.


    Unless clearly stipulated at purchase, ticket sales are final: No exchanges or refunds. Admission after the event begins is solely at the discretion of the theatre. If an event is cancelled with no replacement, this ticket may be refunded less service fees. Ticket holder consents to being photographed or otherwise recorded. Your image may be used for promotional purposes. The centre may exclude or remove, without refund, any person whose behaviour it deems inappropriate. The use of recording or communication devices is strictly prohibited. Programming and artists are subject to change without notice. Subscription tickets offer free exchanges by phone with 24 hour notice. All artists, programs, times, dates and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please note that we reserve the right to change single ticket prices dependent on demand & discounts may be restricted for busy performances.

    Segal Theatre             

    One of Montreal's leading professional theatres, the Segal Theatre is comitted to producing socially relevant classics, commissioning and performing new Canadian works, building intercultural bridges and supporting the development of young artists and the theatre community. Each season nearly 40,000 patrons and over 6,000 students attend the Segal Theatre's productions, experiencing the finest in professional theatre. The Segal Theatre is proud to have welcomed some of the leading designers, actors and directors of our generation, including: Viola Léger, Diana Leblanc, John C. Dinning, Ric Reid, Chris Abraham, Martha Henry, Uta Hagen and Douglas Campbell.


    The Studio

    The Studio is the Centre's second stage and one of Montreal's most exciting venues for live music. It is a place for small innovative theatre companies to create and present exciting new works and also for audiences of all ages to experience the best in jazz, classical and popular music in one of Montreal's most intimate, inspiring concert venues.

     

     


    ArtLounge + CinemaSpace

    The ArtLounge provides a chic oasis to stretch out in a comfortable and colourful setting. Equipped with a full kitchen, a bar and an option for catering, this multi dimensional and versatile space is ideal for any function hosting up to 100 people.
    Located near the ArtLounge is the CinemaSpace with a high definition digital screening room and 77 plush seats made with hemp-eco fabric. It is the perfect space for private gatherings, film premieres, mini festivals, workshops, launches, acoustic concerts and close-circuit broadcasts.

     

     


    The Segal Centre is committed to making your visit to the theatre a wonderful experience. We offer services to provide you with everything you need to help you feel welcomed and comfortable. We are always looking to make improvements on how we can make your visit more convenient and are happy to receive feedback.

    Please inform a Box Office Associate if you require special assistance or seating when booking your tickets. We currently offer the following items to assist you while you’re attending a performance.

    • ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
      People with reduced mobility can access the Segal Centre through the entrance at 5550 Westbury Ave. The Sylvan AdamsTheatre, the Studio, the Delmar Bar, and the Annex buildings are all wheel chair accessible.

      A Wheelchair is available for use on-site, on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • SUPPORT PERSONS
      We offer ½ priced tickets (subject to availability) to support persons who accompany patrons with special needs. We consider a support person to be an individual hired or chosen by a person with special needs to provide services or assistance with communication, mobility, personal care, medical needs, or access to goods or services.

    • FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED
      Assistive listening audio-systems are available for use in the Sylvan Adams Theatre. They are free and available at the Segal Centre Coat Check.

    • ASL PERFORMANCES   
      The Segal Centre offers American Sign Language interpretation for select performances. Tickets may be purchased on line or you may contact the box office for more information. boxoffice@segalcentre.org
