A sensational new pop/rock musical for ancient and modern times!
The relationship between a mother and her teenage daughter can be sheer hell – especially if that daughter is a Greek goddess with a taste for the Underworld. Mythic turns the ancient Greek story of Persephone on its side, with the gods as chart-topping rock stars, power-hungry politicians, and professional socialites.

The running time is approximately 100 minutes with no intermission.

Content Advisory
The Segal Centre believes that our patrons can determine what is offensive for themselves, and what is appropriate for their children. We prefer not to set specific age-based restrictions but, rather, offer content advisories for each show. Of course, should you be unsure based on the advisories, please contact us and we will be happy to help you with your decision.

Please note that babes in arms or children under the age of two (2) are not permitted in the theatre unless expressed permission is given by the theatre.
For more detailed information about show content and possible triggers, please see our AUDIENCE GUIDE.

  • Content includes gods behaving like rock stars; rebellious youth, and excessive partying
  • Mature subject matter including sexually suggestive content, interpretations of mythological heaven and hell, and use of strong language
  • Use of theatrical haze and dynamic lighting effects

When I first saw Mythic, I knew within the first few moments that I was witnessing something truly special. This show is, without a doubt, Broadway bound and it’s a real treat that Montrealers will get the opportunity to see it in its early life. This is your chance to see it before it becomes the next big, impossible-to-get-tickets-to Broadway smash!
