Sunday @ the Segal - Small Mouth Sounds

Feb 09, 2020 - Feb 09, 2020 | Studio

Since Small Mouth Sounds takes place at a silent retreat, this enlightening Sunday @ the Segal panel will discuss the healing power of mindfulness and the many forms this practice can take. We will explore how concepts like self-care and meditation have emerged as a powerful balm to the anxieties and stresses that living in this fast-paced digital age can sometimes produce.
